1972 Talal Abu-Ghazaleh and Co. formed in partnership with Dirar Alghanim.
1974 Talal Abu-Ghazaleh and Co. enters into an association with Price Waterhouse, with the joint firm known as Price Waterhouse Abu-Ghazaleh.
1978 The first English-Arabic Dictionary of Accountancy is published by the company.
1979 Joint venture with Price Waterhouse is terminated.
1983 The Arab Society of Certified Accountants (ASCA) is formed in London, England
1985 Mr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh is awarded the prestigious French Chevalier de la Legion d’Honneur award at the Elysee Palace in Paris, France, and the First Arab International Accountancy conference is convened in Tunisia.
1987 The Arab Society for the Protection of Industrial Property (ASPIP) is formed, later to be known as the Arab Society for Intellectual Property (ASIP).
1988 An honorary degree of Doctor of Humane Letters is bestowed upon Chairman Abu-Ghazaleh by the Canisius College in Buffalo, New York.
1989 The Arab Management Society is formed, later to be known as the Arab Knowledge and Management Society (AKMS).
1993 The Third Arab International Accounting Conference convenes in Bahrain.
1995 The First Arab International Conference on Intellectual Property convenes in Amman, and the First Arab International Management Conference convenes in Beirut.
1997 The Arab Licensing and Technology Transfer Society (ALTTS) is formed.
2001 TAGI agrees with WTO to launch Arabic WTO website, and agreement signed between TAGI and CIE-University of Cambridge.
2004 AGIP releases Intellectual Property Dictionary and AGIP News Agency launched, and ACPA certificate accredited by the University of Cambridge.
2005 APCO Worldwide forms strategic partnership with TAGorg.
2006 Talal Abu-Ghazaleh College of Business (TAGCB) is launched as a part of the German – Jordanian University.
2007 UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon appoints Mr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh as Vice-Chair of the Global Compact Board.
Chairman Talal Abu-Ghazaleh is inducted into the Intellectual Property (IP) Hall of Fame.
2008 The organization launches new products including accounting software called TAG-Accountant, an information and communication technology (ICT) English-Arabic dictionary, the first Arabic electronic encyclopedia entitled TAG-PEDIA and AGIP.net, a state-of-the-art Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio management system.
Chairman Talal Abu-Ghazaleh is honored with the International Lifetime Achievement Award in Dubai, UAE.
